IxMobile 4.20
Important: Windows XP is required to run IxMobile v4.20.
Customers under warranty and are using Dolch Benchtop with other Windows OS:
Ixia will provide a Windows XP upgrade kit free of charge. To receive your upgrade kit, you must email Ixia Support at [email protected] with the subject line: IxMobile - XP Upgrade kit.
Please include the following information in the email: Company name; Customer name & title; Shipping address; Serial number(s) of the Dolch unit(s) requiring the OS upgrade.
Do not install IxMobile v4.20 until you have upgraded your OS.

After installing the new version of the SW, both a valid license key and a Sentinel Hardware Key will be required to run the applications. Follow installation details listed in the Release Notes to obtain the new license key.
