IxANVL 9.33 release includes Infrastructure changes, Enhancements to existing suites and Bug fixes since the previous release. The following is a brief description of Infrastructure changes: 1. IxANVL 9.33 ships with Ixia Licensing Utility 5.50 The following is a brief description of enhanced Test Suites: 1. TC8-AUTO-ETH-L2 - Test suite is enhanced and it covers 70 test cases from spec OA_Automotive_Ethernet_ECU_TestSpecification_Layer_2_v3.0. Interoperability run against any independent automotive device has not been performed for 18 test cases and therefore 18 test cases are claimed as beta. 2. DHCP-Client - Test Suite is enhanced to make Timers T1 and T2 configurable and for that added a new Parameter entry "DHCP Random Fuzz Value" 3. AUTO-ETHIPV6-NDP - Test Suite is upgraded to support Unique Local Address alongwith Link Local Address 4. TC11 - Added support to run the test suite with Milli seconds configuration 5. Automotive-TC8 - All the TC8 Test Suites are enhanced to support UDP Source Port configuration in Control Channel using a new parameter entry 'Stub Application Tester Port'
NOTE: When you are using one or more of the applications below on a single chassis configuration, please use the correct application versions so they align to a common version of IxOS.

NOTE: IxANVL supports the US English versions of the Windows OS. Although, IxANVL may run on other versions of Windows OS, they are not officially supported by Ixia. If you attempt to install or run IxANVL on any version of Windows OS other than the U.S. English versions, the IxANVL installation or operation may fail.

Important Note: Java has a known caveat that requires an extra rpm file, xorg-x11-deprecated-libs-6.8.2-31.i386.rpm, that sometimes is not installed by default on an RHE 5.0 machine. As the IxANVL installer is a Java-based application, it is required that this file be installed in order to function normally. Please refer to the Linux installation notes below for a workaround to fix this problem.
